I am sure by now you will have all heard of the job title, 'Community Manager', that has now started to appear on many job boards. In social media terms, it is the new buzz-word job title, that has tried to encapsulate a number of different job funtions around social media. But what makes a good community manager?
To help explain what one of these roles emcompasses, I came across this excellent infographic that breaks down the role of a community manager by 'looking into their mind'. Would you do this role, if it meant doing all this? ;-)
