Last week saw the TRULondon 2 event in London. I had the pleasure of attending and meeting a whole bunch of great people from the recruitment and HR industry, from all over the world. As a recruiter of many years, there is one person in the business, that I have consistently learnt from, when it comes to sourcing candidates. I am of course referring to the Sourcing Master himself, Jim Stroud.
