Well, the Recruiting Unconference last week, was a great success. Bill Boorman did a great job in bringing such a radical idea to the UK. It wasn't a conference as you know it, it was as the name suggests, very 'un' conference like.
The location at Barclays Tower worked very well, and the pods were quite effective (apart from the acoustics which were awful in them!)
