I am still talking to business people who just disregard Twitter as a fad, a joke and completely useless for business. But of course they are wrong!!
They just don't get how they can use it to engage with their employees, job seekers or even their customers. Twitter is a tool that has to become part of a business social media and communication strategy.
I was reading the No Turn on Red blog yesterday and I feel they show very simply how effective Twitter can be to engage with whoever you want to engage with. Their page focuses on retailers, but it demonstrates that Twitter is an effective tool that businesses should be using as part of a social media and communication strategy

It would be great to start to compile something similar for companies / recruiters that are using Twitter well in the job market. Please don't just do a Twitter search, I am looking for companies / recruiters that YOU KNOW use it well. Can you add any you know to the comments below please - thanks.
I will get you started with one from Leeds based online recruitment company HR Connexions - and their twitter job feed is @hrconnexions - simple but very effective.
