Two video jobs - but will they appeal to the job seekers?

It is always good to see video used in an innovative way. Kirk Abraham, the Manager of the  Engineering & Automation Solutions Team at MRI , is obviously happy to be creative with some of his videos. Here are two - both for engineering roles.
I am just not sure what age group these engineers work in though??
