Nearly two decades in recruitment and still going strong!

I left a promising retail career in the 80's to enter the mysterious world of recruitment. Back then companies still believed in ink and paper - and some still do!
Since then my career has taken me through various industry sectors including retail, e-commerce and more latterly the credit card and payments industry. My experience has covered contract, contingency, permanent and search.

So where is the next decade going to take me? To the zone that recruiters call the dark side.......working on the client side of the recruitment world, and trying to convince them that do recruitment themselves is not really that hard - as long as they actually understand what recruitment is and how it is supposed to work!
